Some projects just click. The vision, the vibe, the collaboration—it all comes together like a well-structured building (pun intended). That was exactly the case when we partnered with Haines Structural Group in Knoxville, TN to overhaul their office space with a full suite of environmental graphics.

Spoiler alert: the results were awesome.

Let’s walk you through what we did—and how we used materials like PVC, wood accents, LED lights, magnetic vinyl, and wall murals to turn their office into a branded experience that tells their story from the moment you walk in the door.

First Impressions Matter: The LED Logo

When you enter Haines Structural Group’s office now, you’re greeted by a bold, illuminated LED logo that’s anything but shy. This piece quickly became the centerpiece of the lobby—and for good reason.

Why LED?
It’s clean. It’s modern. And let’s be honest, it just pops. LED signage brings a sense of polish and professionalism that instantly raises the bar. Plus, it’s energy-efficient and low-maintenance, which we know a structural group can appreciate. This custom design allowed us to wrap around a corner wall to make it more unique than just mounting to a flat surface. This draws your attention to detail and highlights the metal text and reverse cut logo.

Sleek & Sturdy: Custom Layered Graphics Wall

Throughout the space, we installed layered PVC and Wood Accent signage—adding dimension and shine to everything from photos, mission statements, to inspirational quotes.

These weren’t just slapped on the walls. We carefully designed each piece to complement the space and the Haines brand and attention to detail. Wood gives off that high-end, classy appearance but with more durability and flexibility. And when you layer it? Chef’s kiss. It brings a whole new level of depth and sophistication.

PVC Graphics: Durable Meets Dynamic

For branded panels and custom text, we leaned on the always-reliable Foam PVC. It’s lightweight but rigid, smooth for printing, and looks sharp up close.

We used PVC in areas where we wanted to make a bold visual statement without overloading the space. It also pairs beautifully with both acrylic and lighting, creating contrast and texture without going overboard. We used it to simply cut the text areas to shape and to provide depth where needed.

Magnetic Vinyl: Practical + Playful

Now, here’s where it gets fun. We used magnetic vinyl in a few creative ways—adding flexibility and interactivity to otherwise static surfaces.

From easily updatable project boards to interactive display areas, magnetic vinyl made it easy for the Haines team to switch things up as needed. It’s a small touch that brings big functionality, especially in a fast-paced, project-driven environment like theirs.

Wall Murals: Big Impact, Bigger Personality

And last but definitely not least: wall murals. Because what’s a branded environment without a little drama?

We designed and installed wall murals that bring Haines’ story, values, and local pride to life. These aren’t just pretty backdrops—they’re immersive experiences. One wall features architectural schematics. Another? A sweeping Knoxville skyline. It’s all about creating an atmosphere that inspires both clients and the team walking those halls every day.

Why It Worked

Partnering with Haines Structural Group was seamless because they trusted the process—and brought their own creative ideas to the table. It wasn’t about slapping logos on walls. It was about telling their story through design, materials, and strategic placements.

From PVC and wood accents to glowing LEDs and wall murals, we transformed their office into a space that’s not only functional but full of personality and pride.
